Funding opportunities available for photonics through Horizon 2020

KTN are hosting events exploring the funding available for Photonics in Horizon 2020 in London and Glasgow.

The events will explore the funding opportunities available for photonics through Horizon 2020, the EU’s largest research and innovation funding programme.

Specific calls that are relevant include (total budget €106.5m):

ICT-03-2018-2019: Photonics Manufacturing Pilot Lines for Photonic Components and Devices

ICT-05-2019: Application driven Photonics components

 

Delegates can expect:

  • pointers and tips on achieving success in Horizon 2020
  • valuable insights on topics around the areas to be funded by the EU in 2019
  • an overview of the support available locally and nationally to develop applications
  • brokerage sessions throughout the day
  • consortium building and proposal development on specific call topics.

 

There will also be a limited amount of places available for organisations wishing to pitch their project ideas.
