A limited number of delegate spaces are available at the upcoming Emerging Imaging Technologies in Agri-Food workshop on 23rd January in Birmingham.

The recently published Industrial Strategy white paper highlights the Government’s commitment to transforming food production in the UK. Novel imaging technologies will help catalyse this transformation across the agri-food sector, from optimising inputs using precision agriculture to increasing the efficiency of food manufacturing lines. You can read an overview of recent sector developments here.

KTN will be running a workshop on 23rd January in Birmingham to explore emerging imaging technologies for agri-food, from satellite imaging of crops to food microstructure imaging. Talks will also cover advances in machine learning, 3D imaging and hyperspectral imaging, and there will be updates on funding opportunities from Innovate UK and BBSRC.
